Kesava Reddy offers over 30 years of experience with API and Intermediates, where he has focussed on process optimization from the  lab level all the way to piloting large-scale commercial production operations. He has built chemical research and production units from the initial stages of receiving environmental clearance, all the way to erecting and commissioning full projects and equipment designs.

Kesava Reddy founded Nifty Labs in 2005, serving in various capacities, including as Promoter and Managing Director. He has full knowledge of both national and international regulatory bodies, norms, and compliances related to operation, maintenance, production, environment, and health and safety. He understands DMF preparation and filing for both national and international authorities, along with customers.

He brings extensive experience in the procurement of raw materials along with equipment sourcing, and project and financial management.
